Use the email tool to the left to email invitees event information.

DONATE        

After you email your guests they will be able to click on the link at the bottom of the email to donate online by credit card.  Guests can also donate by check or cash by filling out the donation form.  Checks should be made out to the Alzheimer’s Association and given to the host who will send them to the Alzheimer’s Association.

Donors who write a check or complete the donation form will receive an acknowledgment for their gift from the Alzheimer’s Association once the host sends the donations and Host follow up form (see below).
